Warm sand that sits next to oak without arguing with it.
What this finish is for
T05 is the warm half of the Terra collection: a sand beige with the same fine mineral grain as T02. It is specified where a scheme is built around timber and a grey floor would fight it.
The colour is deliberately desaturated. Warm floor finishes tend to drift towards pink or yellow depending on the light, and a saturated sand will look yellow under a warm interior scheme and pink under daylight. T05 sits close enough to neutral that it moves less than the timber next to it does.
It is a good match for oak, a poor match for walnut, and worth sampling on site next to whatever the joinery is actually going to be — not next to a photograph of it.

A 3200 × 1600 slab is not a big tile
Two people and a frame move it; a suction rail does the rest. The reason the format matters is not the size of the slab, it is the number of joints that disappear from the drawing.
A three-metre island in 3200 comes out of one slab, with the waterfall ends book-matched from the same piece. In 1200 × 600 it is nine pieces and eight joints, and every one of those joints is a decision somebody has to make on site, at seven in the morning, with the client arriving at nine.
