Essential cookies

One session cookie keeps your form entries while you complete the sample request form, so that a mistyped email address does not cost you the whole form. A second records whether you have dismissed this notice, so that it is not shown on every page. Neither can be switched off without breaking something you would notice.

Essential cookies are set on the basis of legitimate interest rather than consent, because the site cannot provide the function you asked for without them.

Analytics

We record aggregate page view counts to understand which finishes are looked at most — that is genuinely the extent of it, and it feeds decisions about which finishes to hold in stock. The counts are stored without an identifier that can be linked back to you, they are not shared with a third party, and they are not used for advertising.

What we do not do

There is no advertising pixel on this site, no social network embed that phones home, and no session recording. If that changes, this page changes with it and the date below is updated.

Managing cookies

Every browser allows you to block or delete cookies, usually under privacy settings. This site works with everything except the two essential cookies blocked, although the sample request form will forget its contents if you navigate away mid-way through.
