Everything a technical file needs, in the format your office actually uses.

There is no gated download and no sales sequence. Samples go out, files come down, and we answer the technical question when you have one.
Order up to six samples, or download the datasheets first. Both are free and neither puts you on a call list.
CAD slab outlines, edge details and the fixing guides are on this page. If your office needs a specific file format, ask — we would rather send it than have it redrawn.
We quote to your fabricator or to you. Stock finishes ship in ten working days from Rotterdam or Newark; pressed-to-order runs are quoted with a date, not a range.
Per-finish datasheets and CAD outlines live on each finish page. These are the ones that apply across the range.
Written by the people who answer the phone, not by a marketing department. Where the honest answer is “it depends”, it says so.
12 mm bonded to a supported substrate, or 20 mm unsupported over a span up to 900 mm. Beyond that, either add support or accept a mitred edge that hides a batten frame. A 12 mm slab used unsupported over a dishwasher opening is the single most common cause of a cracked worktop.
Terra Ferro and the matt Monolith finishes are specified for ventilated façade and external paving at 20 mm. The polished Vena finishes are internal only — not because they fail, but because a polished surface outdoors is a slip risk nobody wants to sign off.
Bridge saw with a continuous rim sintered blade, water fed, at reduced feed rate compared with granite. Cut-outs need a drilled corner relief before the straight cuts. Any fabricator who works with porcelain slabs already has the equipment and the habits.
Stock finishes ship in ten working days from Rotterdam or Newark. Pressed-to-order runs are quoted with a firm date rather than a range, because a range is how a programme slips by three weeks without anyone being wrong.
No. We sell to fabricators and to project contractors. If you are a homeowner, we will send you samples and then put you in touch with a fabricator in your area — that is not a brush-off, it is the only way the warranty means anything.
Sometimes. Give us the reference code from the back of an offcut and the approximate year. Colour drifts between production batches, so an exact match after four years is not something we will promise before checking.
Ten years on the material against manufacturing defects. It covers replacement of material, not fabrication or installation costs — and it is conditional on the slabs having been inspected before cutting, which is the standard condition across this industry.
It depends on finish, thickness and quantity, and we quote rather than publish. As a rough position: it sits above engineered quartz and below the premium natural stones, and the gap closes on large areas.
These are the details that come back as questions during construction. Drawing them at stage four costs an hour; resolving them on site costs a day.

A hollow box at 45 degrees. What goes inside it — batten frame, plywood core, or nothing — decides how it behaves when somebody leans on the front edge. Put it on the drawing.

The cut-out needs a drilled corner relief and a polished arris on the exposed edge. On through-body colour the arris shows the same colour as the face, which is why undermount works here and not on a laminated surface.

Undercut anchors at quarter points, minimum 80 mm edge distance, 40 mm ventilated cavity, 8 mm open joint. Wind load calculation is project specific — request it at tender.
Up to six finishes, 200 × 200 mm, shipped flat with the technical file in the box. No charge and no follow-up call unless you ask for one.
