What we collect

The contact form collects your name, company, business email address, country and the content of your message. Where you request samples we also record the delivery address. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To send you the samples or documents you asked for, to answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of what was quoted to whom. Where you have opted in, we may also send occasional notices about new finishes. You can withdraw that at any time using the link in any such message.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for seven years, which is the period covered by our product warranty. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw them.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry may be passed to the distributor or fabricator covering your region so that they can quote. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact address on this website and we will respond within thirty days.
