None of them is required. All of them turn a two-email exchange into one.
Areas and thicknesses
Even approximate. It decides whether this is a stock order or a pressed-to-order run, and those have very different lead times.
Your programme date
The date material has to be on site, not the date you would like it quoted. We will tell you if it is not achievable rather than find out in week six.
Who is fabricating
If you have a fabricator, we quote them and copy you. If you do not, we will suggest two in your area who have worked with the material.
